Technician (full-time)

We are a fast growing technology repair company and are currently looking for a dedicated Technician to join our team. Our focus is on repairing mobile phones, smartphones, beamers, vacuum robots, digital cameras, headphones, VR goggles, e-scooters, notebooks, camera lenses, gaming consoles, tablets and video cards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Carry out repairs on various technological devices such as mobile phones and smartphones, projectors, vacuum robots, digital cameras, headphones, VR glasses, e-scooters, notebooks, camera lenses, gaming consoles, tablets and graphics cards.
• Diagnosis of technical problems and troubleshooting.
• Replace faulty parts and components.
• Install software and update firmware.
• Ensure high quality repairs and customer satisfaction.
• Document repairs carried out and prepare reports.

Requirements:

• Completed technical education in electronics, information technology or a related field.
• (For career changers: applicants from outside the industry are welcome and will be considered on the basis of their qualifications and experience)
• Experience of repairing technology devices, ideally mobile phones and smartphones, projectors, vacuum cleaners, digital cameras, headphones, VR goggles, e-scooters, notebooks, camera lenses, game consoles, tablets and video cards.
• Knowledge of how common technology devices work and how to repair them is an advantage.
• Ability to use tools and technical equipment.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems effectively.
• Ability to work in a team environment and good communication skills.
• High standards of quality and customer focus.
• Ability to work under pressure and flexibility.
